Why is there so much hate for the victim?

WARNING: Before reading, have some grace and respect for those who have said they've been attacked.
The past week has been a whirlwind of news. This includes Cassie testifying in Diddy's trial, Halle Bailey alleging an attack by DDG, Tory Lanez being stabbed, followed by Kelsey Harris' bodyguard asserting she shot Megan, and Kim Kardashian testifying in the 2016 Paris robbery trial. It's all making my head spin.
My primary concern is why there is so much animosity towards the victims. Aren't women allowed to voice their experiences when they've been harmed, abused, or are emotionally shattered? I never imagined the internet could be so harsh. No one wishes to revisit the most painful moments of their life, much less discuss them openly.
What if the person were someone you knew? Would that alter your feelings about their situation? Or perhaps, would it change how you respond to their situation?
We all have numerous opinions about these celebrities, but despite their wealth and fame, they face everyday problems just like anyone else. My main advice is to be cautious with your words when you're quick to type online, because life has its way of unfolding. Remember, these are real individuals, not just figures on our phone screens.
So I really have to ask... Why is there so much hate for the victim?
